Stephanie Deese is proud to call Brunswick County home and is passionate about serving the coastal Carolina community she loves. After vacationing in the Southern Brunswick Islands for many years, Stephanie and her husband, Mark, fell in love with the area’s laid-back coastal lifestyle, beautiful beaches, and welcoming communities. Originally from just north of the Charlotte area, Stephanie and Mark, along with their daughter and their pups, Dolly and Frankie, made Brunswick County home and now thoroughly enjoy living the “beach life” every day.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Stephanie spent many years working in the medical and dental fields, where she developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, attention to detail, and—most importantly—caring for and serving others. She ultimately decided to pursue her passion for real estate and turn her love for the Carolina coast into a career helping others find their own special place here.

As a REALTOR® licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Stephanie proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Brunswick County, the surrounding coastal communities, and into the Grand Strand area of South Carolina. When she’s away from the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up the coastal lifestyle, staying involved in her community and watching her favorite player, her daughter, play competitive softball! She genuinely loves where she lives and considers it a privilege to help others make the Carolina coast part of their story, too.
