New to the Coastal area but not new to Real Estate. I bring my 20 years of experience as a NC/SC Broker/BIC to the coast from Charlotte, NC where my primary focus was residential and residential investing. I spent the last 7 years as the BIC of an Investment firm helping investors from all over the world invest in the Charlotte metro area. One of the few Charlottean’s actually born and raised in the area, I leave behind a lifetime of memories but a passion to bring my expertise to a new area and a new chapter of life. I’m looking forward to helping folks not only realize their dream of retiring/living at the coast, but also making that dream a sound investment for generational wealth and years to come.
